It started with a simple question.
Why do homes get marketed like it's 1995? A few photos, a yard sign, and hope. Meanwhile, every buyer I knew was finding their dream home the same way they find everything else: on their phone.
So I started filming. Home tours, new construction walkthroughs, neighborhood deep dives. The audience showed up by the hundreds of thousands, and something clicked: the agents of the future aren't salespeople with a license. They're marketers with one.
Today HomesUtah is exactly that: a home marketing agency that also represents you in the deal. Sellers get a launch instead of a listing. Buyers get someone who has already walked the homes, met the builders, and knows the streets. And I get to do the two things I love most: making things, and handing people their keys.
