HomesUtah ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on homesutah.co and why, in plain English.
If you join our early access list, we collect the name and email you provide. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, and the information you enter there is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
Your email is used to notify you about new home launches and to respond to your inquiries. That's it. You can unsubscribe at any time and we'll remove you promptly.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host. Scheduling data is processed by Calendly. Both are established providers with their own security and privacy practices.
This site does not currently use advertising trackers. Embedded services such as Calendly may set their own cookies when you interact with them. If we add website analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. Reach us through the contact options on this website or via Instagram at @homesutah.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
